Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts should only be submitted via our online EasyChair system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=elfa2023
• Authors must create their user name and password on the EasyChair system in order to submit, manage and edit their abstracts.
• For each abstract with multiple authors, only one author should create an account on EasyChair.

• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
• Abstracts should be based on any of the topic areas listed on the home page, namely:
  • Lifelong learning and career adaptability
  • Learning, teaching and education in the era of global digital futures
  • Work-integrated and workplace learning
  • Blended and hybrid pedagogies for better learner engagement
  • Innovation and digital futures
  • AI and digital futures

  Note: An Abstract may cover more than one topic area.

• Authors should indicate their presentation preference: oral or poster. The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
• Abstracts should be between 300-400 words in length, giving a brief account of the most relevant aspects of the paper. It could address the following elements: Purpose, methods, results, conclusions, justifications, recommendations/future directions (as applicable).
• Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. Example: eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA) before being used as an abbreviation only. Abbreviations should neither be defined nor use in the abstract title.
• Tables, charts or other graphics should not be included and will be disregarded by the reviewers.

• The abstract submission deadline is on the 25 September 2023.
• Notifications of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to the submitting author via email by 15 October 2023.

All authors, including co-authors, whose abstracts are accepted by the Programme Committee will be able to register at the Early Bird Rate of SGD380.
